• Entry is open to West Australian residents aged 18 years or over, except Wetland Stories exhibition artists, their employees and immediate family members of the Promoters/Wetland Stories exhibition artists and their associated businesses.

• Prize Draw

  • Four (4 winners) will be selected from eligible entries.

  • The winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries received up to 24 hours prior to each of the draw dates.

  • One winner will be selected on each of the following dates:15 October (2:30 pm), 22 October(2:30 pm), 29 October (1:30 pm) and 5 November (1:30 pm), 2023

  • Entries not selected at each of the draw dates will be carried over to and included in the next draw date. All entries received and not previously drawn will be included in the final draw on 5 November, 2023.

  • Prizes will be awarded to the winners on Sunday 12 November at 3 pm at the Mandurah Performing Arts Centre.

    • If an entrant is selected as the winner, they agree to be involved in promoting the competition, including being photographed and their name, image & likeness for the purpose of announcing the winner to the public and any articles or social media posts promoting the competition.

    • Winners will be notified by email.

    • Should a winner initially selected isn’t able to be contacted, a new winner will be drawn on 5 November, 2023.

    • The winner's names will be announced on the Wetland Stories Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/WetlandStories) and the Wetland Stories webpage (https://www.mariemitchellart.com.au/wetland-stories-exhibition) on 13 November 2023.

    • At the awards ceremony, winners will be invited to choose their prize from the four (4) prizes available.

    • Winners will choose their prize in the order that they were drawn. (eg. Winner drawn 15 October will have first choice and so on..)

    • If a winner is unable to attend the awards ceremony, they may delegate a representative.

    • If a winner or their representative is unable to attend, they will receive the prize available after the other winners have chosen, regardless of the date the absent winner was drawn.

    • Prizes must be collected in person at the awards ceremony on 12 November or by appointment the following week. Prizes that are not collected by 20 November will be forfeited. Prizes will not be shipped to winners under any circumstances.
