For artwork purchased online from www.mariemitchellart.com.au, no additional shipping charges will be charged at checkout.

Artwork purchased through a listed stockist is not eligible for free shipping through this website. Collection, shipping or delivery will need to be arranged directly with the stockist.

All orders are processed within 4 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with available tracking information.

All artwork with exception of oversize items will be shipping via Australia Post. Shipping times were accurate at time of writing but may be subject to delays due to high volume of orders or postal service delays outside of our control.

ORDER STATUS QUERIES

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order by 21 days (28 days for NT) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at studio@mariemitchellart.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
FREE LOCAL DELIVERY

Free local delivery is available for orders over $400 within Perth, Peel and parts of the SouthWest Regions of Western Australia.

Free local delivery includes a 30 min artist in-home consultation to assist you in presenting the artwork to best suit your space.

In-home consultations longer than 30 min are available at a special rate.

You will be contacted by phone to arrange the Delivery and Artist Consultation for a mutually convenient time after purchase payment is complete. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout the day before delivery, to confirm.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer this service for orders under $500, which will be shipped as per the Free Shipping Policy.

OVERSIZE ARTWORKS

Artworks that are over the current AusPost size limits will be shipped by courier. PO Boxes in Australia are unable to receive parcels from couriers. We will contact you by email or text if your artwork purchase is oversize and requires an alternative street address for delivery.

Damage: In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at studio@mariemitchellart.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Shipping costs vary based on the destination, size, and weight of the artwork as well as the shipping method chosen.

You will be provided with a detailed quote that includes shipping, handling, and any applicable insurance fees.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs, duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination of the buy and are not included in the shipping quote provided by the artist.

Please contact your local customs authorities if you wish to inquire further about the rules in your country that pertain to importing original artwork from Australia.

INSURANCE: All shipments will be insured for the full value of the artwork. In the event of loss or damage during transit, please contact the artist immediately to initiate a claim with the shipping carrier. ​

DELIVERY TIMES, RETURNS & EXCHANGES: The artist will provide an estimated delivery time once the shipping arrangements have been finalised.

All international sales are final.

Not returns or exchanges will be accepted unless the artwork arrives damaged. In such cases, please contact the artist within 7 days of receiving the artwork to discuss your claim.
