We all recognise the soccer ball by its shape, but not perhaps when it is called a ‘truncated icosahedron’. In researching how to get the world map on a ‘soccer ball’ it took a friend’s son giving it the correct name before a successful search result! This three-dimensional work took 3 years from conception to completion.
Sustainable Packaging
In keeping with my life's mission, sustainable alternatives are considered throughout my creative process, from the message of the artwork and the materials used in presentation and packaging, every effort is made to consider eco-friendly alternatives while preserving the quality. Artworks are wrapped in upcycled bubble-wrap or acid-free tissue paper. Wherever possible cardboard boxes are repurposed and packing materials used include shredded paper, biodegradable packing peanuts or even popcorn! All these choices combine to ensure your purchases can arrive safely from my hands to yours.
Shipping
Domestic shipping included in list price.
All artwork is lovingly hand packed to protect it during transport. Most items are shipping using Australia Post, while larger works will be shipped by courier.
As an artist and a perfectionist, I put my heart and soul into each and every artwork to ensure all work is of the highest quality and that the price reflects the value of the work. I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. I strongly believe that you never truly experience a piece of contemporary art until you have lived with it. I also appreciate that buying art online can be daunting and so I offer a Seven-Day Money Back Guarantee on all artwork (excluding prints and special commissions).
Due to variations in computer monitors actual colours may vary. I try to edit the photos to show the artworks as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual colour may vary slightly from your monitor. In addition, please be aware that photos of textured finishes often do not truly represent the lustre of the actual artwork. Fortunately in this case, customers are often amazed at the detail and texture that was not as clearly visible in the photograph. Any returns for an artwork due to customer dissatisfaction with a colour/finish (that is not a fault) will need to comply with the Refund & Returns policy, see full details in site menu.
Keep the artwork dry. Dust can be removed using a lint roller. Do not hang in direct sun.
It is very tempting to touch textile works, if you can't resist, ensure hands are extremely clean or wear gloves, since salt, sweat and oils leave marks that become visible over time.
